Uniform issues

Hello
Is there a way to tailor a normal female school uniform blouse such that it will have elastic band at the end? (Like VJ, AJ, NYJ) and which tailor do u recommend? I wouldn’t want to have drawstring in my blouse, prefer the elastic band look.

NOPE! VJ uniform comes with it. and it's very convenient. looks so comfortable!!!!! -

The come with an elastic band for some schools. Other schools who don’t have this their students have to tuck in. Idk how recent is it…
