It's a bit fishy and oily for me. Smoked chicken, on the other hand... :drool: And I love, love, love hash browns, especially homemade ones, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. Yum.

Smoked duck....usually I slice and 'Mission wrap' it with salad vege and topped with teriyaki sauce.
