Cherie Hearts

hi mummies, daddies
Is any of your kids attending Cherie Hearts at Westlake Avenue?
I’m considering it for my son for childcare.
Hope you can share with me your experience and comments.
Thanks ! -
I totally agreed with you, The change of Management, cause their standard to plunged horribly. At Sengkang Branch 85-90% of teachers resigned. And one of the Cherie hearts at serangoon north above sheng shiong was sold to other centre.
It seems like Cherie hearts is facing a very big problem.smilingmom:
My son is currently with Cherie Hearts Tampines. I feel that after the chain underwent receivership recently, their standard plunged horribly. More than half the teachers resigned, and my son's class has been without a fixed English language teacher for past 2 months. And the new principle is not handson. I heard from my son's nanny that whenever she picks him up at around 5pm, the children are always watching TV, or left to themselves to play.
Does anyone whose child is placed in Cherie Hearts experience the same thing? Or it is just the tampines branch?
I'm actually considering pulling him out and putting in Cherie Hearts Mountbatten which is pretty new. Any feedback on the Mountbatten branch? -
Hi All … Im thinking of enrolling my toddler in cherie hearts @corporation place once he turned 18 months… does anyone has any reviews about the centre…? pls care 2 share…

Hello, Can anyone share your experience on Cherie Hearts Gombak?
Thanks. -
Hi i just wanted to share own experience with CH- Charlton. my 2 boys are in N and PG2 now. They are very well adapted and taken care of by their teachers since we started 2 years ago. The turnover rate did not go up drastically like other centres i seen here. In fact most of the experienced teachers stayed on, it usually the new teachers that leave after awhile.
The standard of the place also did not drop in anyway. I find it has been consistent and the centre owner and teachers maintain an open communication approach towards me. And i am quite a fussy working mom who is particular about the nitty gritty details of how my boys are being taken care of.
I find that my colleague who sends her boy to the one in Elias, faces a rather dismal standard in teachers and openess of communication. She said they don't even have any PTCs to update on the child's progress! I guess alot of it has to do with your research and of course, some fortune in finding a good CC.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes indeed. It needs some fortune to find a good CC. Will try to call up the Gombak branch and arrange for a visit. Cross my finger!

My child has been with CH for 2 years now and I'm really pleased with the overall experience. The problem that the head office has with the G8 group has had no impact on the running of the school. I haven't seen high teacher attrition, and still have the PTC regularly. I'd say CH is really value for money. -
My son is in Cherie Hearts Nurtureloft at Bishan. Agree with Kboon they are value-for-money. So far, we can see he is having a great time and picking up Chinese and new motor skills extremely quickly. He is a very active kid, so we really like the fact the teachers are very transparent in terms of communications and update us promptly if he gets a knock occasionally.
No effect at all on the operations due to the G8 lawsuit. Many Cherie Hearts branches are franchisees so they are legally totally separate companies. Even if G8 exit Singapore, the franchisees will continue to operate as per normal (maybe just change signboard -

Hi,
I am considering placing my dd in infant care at the Mountbatten branch.
Can anyone kindly give me your comments please. TIA!
