          I am now 4 months pregnant, EDD in early Aug. Now we headache whether to let maid look after or put in Infant care around our area. But we are worry to let maid look after as there will not be anybody at home to supervise so we are worried. I think infant care is a better choice then, right?

          We went to see 2 Infant care, ZEE and Cherie Heart @ Mountbatten. We like the CH @ Mountbatten cos it is spacious and clean. I need to go back to work when infant turn 3 month old. I have read thru this thread but can’t find any feedback/comments on CH @ Mountbatten even there are few people asked but nobody feedback.

          Anybody care to share any feedback / comments on CH @ Mountbatten? Appreciated

            @DYJH:

            I've same situation with you...back then i used maid to look after my baby with CCTV installed @home cause no relatives can supervise the maid.. but it only takes 2 weeks, after that i send her back to her hometown.. and decided to put my baby in infant care. I feel my decision is right...no regrets so far putting my baby in infant care 🙂

              Hi Dear Mommies out here,

              Anyone has sent or send your bao beis to Cherie Hearts @ IBP, International Business Park? Will like to have some feedbacks on their service and also in general if kids having going through preschool in Cherie Hearts, will they know how to read independently?

                My baby girl is 10 months now and she is in Cherie hearts @ Mountbatten. She was inside since she is 2 months old and i can tell you she loves going to IFC. Every day i pick her up she is smiling and i personally pro IFC because i feel that my baby learn more things there. Initially for the 1st few months, sleep is priority but when they grow, they sleep lesser and the teachers can sing songs to them, read storybook and etc. I faced the same problem when i was preggie when i have no one to look after my baby and my hubby refused to engage a maid as he is not comfortable with "another person" at home. The teachers there are also friendly and my baby loves them.
                The cons will be i find the infant care rates too expensive, i am paying nearly $1k every month after subsidy. And when your baby is in IFC, they will be exposed to virus, germs and etc and they tend to fall sick easily. My gal starts to fall sick when she turns 6 months and she starts to fall sick every month, then becomes bi-weekly.
                I hope my opinion helps!

                  After a while, their immume system will build up. Alternatively, find an infant with low rati.

                    @DYJH:

                    Few days back I was with my cousin and we dropped by this very new air-conditioned childcare centre (not CH though) that was inside SAFRA Toa Payoh enquiring on childcare vacancy for Nursery class.

                    Nevertheless we did saw that they have infant care service also at around same price inside their brochure and the ratio seems low, not many infants inside from view outside. Yet the infant space is very spacious & clean. I think maybe you can go check out the environment there if you live nearby. Hope it helps, Cheers! 🙂

                      To anyone who wants to know bout cherie hearts @ namly avenue. For the location & students that attends this place. It’s actually not that bad. Clean enough & non neighbourhood students. Teachers seems ok. Not bad neither excellent.

                      But it’s run by incompetent owners. Lack of communication. Example - calling the school is directed to their mobile phone. Which most of the time they are not even in the school! Yes, no receptionist!?! Communication book is not always in the bag. So if you have enquiry or last min changes - good luck. Bus driver, admin work has to go through the Owners. everything is done by them. It’s ok if they are doing it on time and efficiently. But most of the time, I have to keep bugging them for an answer.

                      As you read this on, the school may not even be around anymore! Because they did not manage to secure their lease.
