I've same situation with you...back then i used maid to look after my baby with CCTV installed @home cause no relatives can supervise the maid.. but it only takes 2 weeks, after that i send her back to her hometown.. and decided to put my baby in infant care. I feel my decision is right...no regrets so far putting my baby in infant care
