According to my daughter, the top students - 2 of her classmates are now at SPH for interviews…think for Straits Times n lian he zhao bao…
Strange thing is, there weren’t any cameramen around but a number of reporters. -

Hmm…Top student actually from China. Isn’t it quite embarassing as we easily outnumber them in primary school population?

I feel for you but please do not even tell your child that you spent $$$ and yet he got low mark etc. For your son as it is he may be feeling down but on top of that if you tell him what you wrote below - his confidence will be shattered forever. Please understand - your son and his life is more precious than PSLE. I know it is a disappointing news but think about this - it is not end of the world and God willing, with his efforts and your support - he can do better for future. So, please do not dispair.
Went today to my son's school to collect his results - it was very heart breaking for me to see some children cry. They need our help and support and please let us not them feel miserable just because if they didn't do that well in PSLE.

i just got back from school. Very disappointed with my son's results..he got 179 . 2c and 2b. I dont feel like reading this thread anymore because i keep seeing \"oh ive got 230, or 240, or 260 etc etc..\" Im happy for the all those who have performed well but why couldnt one of them be my son. We sent him from tuiton A to tuiton B to tuiton C. Spent $$$. Burnt the midnite oil..Prayed and prayed but what is the end results???
Hope someone can feel what I am feeling now....
