Good luck to all kids taking nushs dsa test today!!! -
just feel that the schools whose selection test / camp / interview are ‘purposely’ uncompromising year after year … okay got to make a choice, and it would be much better to choose after the offers are made rather than choosing whose test to forego …

By 12pm today, ds will have completed 3 dsa tests, one each for acsi, ri and nush. He is left with ri interview and hopefully nush camp then the focus will be on the psle. -

Yes, big jam. Have fun.jtoh:
Good luck to your son, RSS. Are you waiting for him at the school? 3 hours is a long wait.
Waiting for him at coffee bean in ginza plaza. I think there is going to be a big jam at 12pm picking the kids up.

I used to think it was pure coincidence but may be it's planned so that kids have to make a choice even at the initial stages.
Schools should brief their receptionists/office staff well because the initial impression created there often determines which school the parents are willing to forego if dates clash. -

Good luck to your ds. is there no interview requirement for acsi?verykiasu2010:

RSS, no P6 kids, just secondary school. Mine went through DSA a couple of years ago so I understand the anxiety.

Totally agreed with you. The admin girl at HCI showed neither empathy nor desire to help. What made matters worse was to find out that if you managed to speak to the right person, you can get the date changed! :mad:verykiasu2010:

Of course, it is always better to decide on the schools after offer had been made and not which test to forgo. But with clash in test dates, that is always not possible. So you just have to make a choice and pray that your decision is the correct one.
