      TwaTau:
300 pages back in this thread, :yikes: which is for last year batch of DSA, it was mentioned that there was no interview for mainstream for RI, just written test only. From RI website this year, no mention of interview also for mainstream.

      :scared: :scared:
      Wah TwaTau, :salute: :salute:

        Thanks very much for sharing.

May I suggest for those who have gone through DSA to RGS or RI, please share what to expect for this half day selection test? This will surely helps those who will be sitting this test soon.

        Format can be:
        RGS:
        EL -
        CL-
        MA-
        SC-

        Thanks again.

        Cheers,
        Belle.

Thanks DVL for the sharing regarding the domain specific selection test. Did you son get a co in the end? I think 3hrs of test for 1 single subject is really long. I'm sure it is tough but would it be way beyond p6 level? The email from RGS also mentions that Critical & creative thinking will also be tested. Is it something similar to HAST?

Dd is going for the selection this sat. We're super curious now :lovesite:

it is way beyond P6 level, beyond SMOPS and beyond RI World Math (for math domain)...and similarly for other subject domain. I shared before, last year some students 'geng' to enter DSA under MT domain ..... and got a rude shock on the type of question asked in the selection test for Chinese MT !!!! (of course did not get CO)

Thanks verykiasu2010. At least we can now manage our expectations better. Will tell dd what to expect. She's doing the English domain selection. Good luck to all :xedfingers:

Verykiasu2010, your ds got the co through DSA academic? Do you know how many boys were successful in your ds's domain?

My son applied for science domain. he scored 99 marks for p5 maths , but he only scored 85marks for p6 sa1 (he is from neighborhood sch).he did not get any award for maths. I think he is not very stable for math .Im so worry that ri will test him on maths .
