Hi Pinky88, at NYGH tea reception, Mdm Heng was saying that the sch received up to 1000 applications but only 210 places allocated to DSA. So again, she has urged the parents/dd to let her know early if they are not taking the offer so that the place can be given to WL.

πŸ˜„ In addition to the above, I hv counted abt 104 mainstreamers today (seated in 26x4 rows) NY pri sch has the most nbr allocated with at least 10 students. The sec ones were v busy impressing on my DD abt sch ccas & curriculum. It's a knowledgable visit for her. :boogie:

          Hi cestmoi,
          Thanks for sharing.
Sounds like your DD enjoyed herself at the tea session. πŸ˜‰

Why need to count the #? Thought 210 seats given to CO. Then if these not taken up then will be allocated to WL.

becos we are curious why some kids get above 80% for gep sa1 also get WL (RI)only

Postman brought 50% good news for us. DS was offered WL from RI. Better than rejection. πŸ˜“

What is the chance of being offered a place in RI with WL?
Is there a ranking for all the boys in WL?
Does RI offered those WL based on PSLE result or SA1, GAT?
                        Hi sunflowermom,

Congrats to you & your DD on his WL at RI. 50% good news is great....that means you still have 50% chance for a CO eventually. All the best. Jia you.. :xedfingers:
