No have le... I placed my iPhone next to my pillow since last night.. No incoming email tone le .... πŸ˜‰

You expecting HCI to send you an email in the middle of the night? πŸ˜‰
Vlim, your DS already received CO from his preferred / dream sch. Why need to worry and be long-neck for another CO from a sch he is not accepting anyway?

Vlim is expecting HCI to send out an \"email spam\" to all DSA kids, and to programme to send out at off-peak hours like middle of the night...... or maybe she is expecting an email from HCI in her dreams..... :rotflmao:
all possibilities are welcome ... πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚

            Funx3:

Hi Funx3, no leh... there is BIG problem with her school, P1 - P5 pupils are very relax, my dd2 (P4 this year) go home rolling on the floor everyday without having any homework 🀷

When they reach P6 then started to Cheong :stompfeet: having double/triple sup and reach home around 5pm everyday with lots of homework to do (so much that the teachers do not even have time to mark or go thru with them) :siao: :slapshead:

:yikes: The school's overdoing it, in my opinion. I believe in giving kids the time to recharge.

              Totally agree with you, jtoh.

Going to give my DS the entire week of break. Maybe bring him go cycling n do some sports. No point pushing so hard just to have them collapse bf the actual event. Must relax n enjoy too!

Exactly. It's important to have some exercise, relax, boost the immune system so the kids don't fall sick during PSLE. Frankly, by now they're probably as prepared as they're going to be.

I'm picturing a long-necked giraffe wearing glasses and sleeping with her phone next to her ear.

Have just received HCI letter and it is a rejection. DS will have to depend on his PSLE score now but hope this will be a wake-up call for him πŸ™ .

DS is in the midst of his prelims, with 2 more papers to go till Fri. I am wondering :scratchhead: if I should break the news to him, or keep till Fri? Still indecided...... :slapshead: :stupid:
