actually I also find the statement which they use ambigious…and don’t feel ‘secure’ as they don’t put down a figure…

This is the only ambigious eligibility statement I've seen on a school's confirmed offer letter. All the rest state either \"eligible for express stream\" or state the min score of eligibility.

        Is this for NJC?

Yeah - I was wondering what it meant! haha.

Yah, I thought need like 250 or 255 min to be \"eligible for course\" in their college, since it's IP - eg. like ACS(I). So weird, right?

Thanks vlim and phankao, you have help to proof a point that a clear COP is required and not a standard para...

Yo.. jtoh, do RESPECT others comment, COP of above 200 is real... you may not know it but do not say i am spreading rumour..

My point is to have a clear COP indicate and not to get a shock when the school tells you that the COP is not 200 or 188 or higher than that.

RI states clearly that the COP for sports via DSA...

So I am just trying to tell people to obtain firm COP from the school...

The issue here is not that some schools specify a higher COP than 200. The issue is that you named a specific school with a so-called COP and of a so-called incident which you are unable to provide evidence of. Other parents have given accounts contrary to your example, so it is difficult for anyone to believe your story, especially as it's unsubstantiated. So until there is evidence to the contrary, a rumour it shall remain.

Obviously we all know that. :stupid:

It was you who told us that the school didn't say and the students were only told later that their \"Confirmed Offer\" wasn't valid after all. What I am saying is that it probably didn't happen that way. :slapshead:

isn't it obvious.. if the school does not state the COP in the letter.. they can raise to a COP above 200... and what can you do at that juncture???? I should have ask the sch for clarification... by then is already water under the bridge...
