      My son was interviewed by the team with the Discipline Mistress of NJC. For some answers, he was cut short in mid sentence and a new question was asked.

      So we thought he was a real goner for the njc dsa, that was why i said the CO was unexpected.

      I really don't know how much weightage the interviews hold.
      There were so many different panels and interview time can range from 10 min to 45 min.

      i still maintain that most of the time the interview is to check that the child is not mute

        hi ngbrdad, is your DS on RI WL? if so, i sincerly hope your DS will join RI next year as NJC's dsa procedures seem a little messy & disorganised (& unfair?), from what i have read in this forum.[/quote]beware of being stoned by NJC parents for your comments :rotflmao: :siam:

            ds has rec’d co fr rvhs.he enjoyed the interview which according to ds was carried out in 3 stages.first, one and half min in chinese answering 3 given questions, second is a debate and lastly they were given a picture and they’ve to talk abt their own experience in relating to the picture.a gd experience for him.

                    Hi blur-dad, sorry to hear about your son’s DSA experience. I’m sure your son will do well enough via his PSLE results to get into his dream school. Will he be taking up the ACSI WL? Or will he forgo it and try for RI/HCI at the S1 Central Posting exercise?
