Hi, just to confirm, for those with > 1 CO/WL, if we put one of the CO as 1st choice, do we still need to the rest of the CO/WL as 2nd & 3rd choice or just put the CO that you want as 1st choice, the rest ignore ?

U are welcome dagong99 … Btw some school only have express stream whereas some have express as well as normal stream … So in case, touch wood cannot qualify for 1st co which only has only express stream , can fall back on 2 Nd CO school which has normal stream … ) anyway this case should be rare la …

Of course. You can apply through specific academic domains like English, Math etc, or for some schools you can apply through general academic. It would be better if you've participated in some competitions and won awards to set you apart from the rest of the applicants. You can check out the websites of different schools to see their requirements for applying for DSA. The other option to consider is DSA through sports/aesthetics.

Yes of course. First of all you have to check the secondary school which your kid are keen, DSA criteria. Normally they will have to sit for gat, subject test and / or interview ... And successful candidates with be issue CO from the school. However , it is not easy though ...

Yes, of course ! My DS & a number of his classmates are mainstream & they got CO/WL from top schools via DSA .... So not to worry, as long as your kid is motivated, with support from parents & teachers, I'm sure he/she can do it !
