oh...certainly not the sobbling crying,i see. thanks for sharing, scooby and augmum!
yes, indeed, i did actually tear too! not the sobbing crying type but yes, tears of pride welling up in my eyes.
how could?... with so many pple ard
juz eyes filled with joyful tears.....
kabalevsky:
ya, as i reckon, they wont present gold rings now since gold price has escalated.nope, it's not a gold ring! i scrutinised it very carefully, augmum!
so hmmm, the gold prices have risen and we get something different while your girl's one is very valuable now! aiyoh, my son is born too late!
(i am not sure what metal it is, probably silver? it looks silvery. my son declared that it's platinum. will tell him it's not sometime later, right now he is too euphoric so I don't have the heart to say it's not and dampen his spirits.)
dont know how much tehy are worth now leh ??
i think kids would not mind whether they are gold rings or made of whatever metals,
they will still treasure it as it brings them back fond memorieskabalevsky:
Although, i got to attend the graduation ceremony twice but i paid twice leh....wah augmum, how come you get to attend twice? share?
rather heartache parting with the sum of money....
so i actually have 2 gold rings....
oh......that's is becos when i transferred her fr Katong to Halifax,
there wasnt any vacancies for K1, so i put her in K2....
initially, i thot it was not a wise decision,
but Pat said that let's give a try.....
so i tried it out and found that she could actually cope with K2 curriculum,
so we continued with it lorr...... -
Busymom:
is the teacher from China ??DH picked up DS from school today and noticed a certain teacher wearing a top that was exposing one side of her shoulder.. Er, what do you call that type of \"neckline\"?
Anyway, he also thought that the top was inappropriate for school teachers. He said this is ok if this person is working in KTV...
and wondered who the teacher was trying to distract... students or parents
i ever saw some not so appropriate dressings from these China Teachers in other centres.... -
augmum!
that is awesome! having 2 yrs of K2! i wouldnβt mind cos i think his k2 year was such fun! he loved the overnight camp too!
so many fond memories of that as well. they were happily swinging in the hammock together, singing campfire songs, ahhhhh
K2 is the best, he would gladly have 2 yrs of it! -

she liked to go to the recording studio.
and they have the most photos taken at K2 (must be becos of the preparation of the graduation ceremony).....
did they flash those photos on screen for u all to watch b4 the start of the concert??
the deepest impression i had, photos showing them washing a car, spraying water at one another......wiping ......
omg....i wonder whose car was that... .. :slapshead:  -
no they didn't flash photos this yr... haha, maybe one of the teacher's \"sacrificed\" her car for their experiment

Ya, dunno who was the unlucky teacher whose car was used for the joy of the kids.
Oh....so now they dont do it ??
They flashed photos fr all diff branches, these kids were really adorable (all kids are adorable
)
and they also took photos of the recording process at the studio.
They looked so funny and blurred..... :rotflmao: -
