Too bad, DS is sick and didn't go to school today, he missed out the once a year children's day fun. Bouncing castle, DS sure love it 😢

        Hi Existing parents

Will appreciate if anyone can advise what is I-Maths? Understand it is Chinese Maths but what exactly what is being taught?

Is it 心算, 株算 or it is just playing with Tangram etc ?

My boy is in Halifax branch - Nursery next year.

          keas:
Hi mummies, may I know the nap time for all Pat's centers is from 3-5pm or only at Whitley?

          Thanks!
          Hi

I think their nap time is 1-3pm followed by snack time and grp activities. Noted that the older children do not have nap, however, given an hr of rest after their afternoon class...

            Hi parents,

Can I get some feedback on which centres are better, I heard that Halifax is one of the best but it is quite full. Anyone knows anything about the branch at Tanglin?

              hi quirkymum,

the halifax branch is really nice but it is full (at least for playgroup next yr). which year is your kid in?
the tanglin branch is new. quite a big compound but fully air-con. Pat’s taking over the compound from Dec 2010. u can go down to have a look on Sat & see if u like the place.

                Hi debpch,

Thanks for the quick reply! My child is born in 2007. I called the tanglin branch but could not get through will try later. Fully air-con, may get sick easily :? But I will prob go down to take a look, where is your child at? 😄

my kid is 2008 born & i have registered for tanglin.

I am not sure about 2007 kids, but there are 3 classes for 2008 @ tanglin…
Is your kid with any preschool now?
If u cannot get thru the tanglin number, why not call halifax? (cos the principal for tanglin is currently at halifax)

No prb keas. Have u decided which centre to go to? Most of their centres are full. The schedule is based on what the principal from Mt Emily has advise so i am unsure if other centres are doin the same. U might want to check. But i think usually nap time is quite early. The kids usually get grouchy after meals…

                        Hi debpch,

I tried calling halifax and will be arranging to go down to the tanglin branch this week 😉 My girl is in mindchamps at paragon now but while I find it good, I want something that can get her ready for p1 and from what I heard, Pats is good in this. Thanks for your help here!
