If you want it fast, I suggest you self collect from their stalls, I heard they have few stalls, you may want to check with him. I also got mine from Jeremy. He also had the HCL papers from 5 schools, Nanyang, Nanhua etc for $10.

I bought the P6 prelim science set from clementi yday. As my DS is from NYPS, I removed the NYPS paper n out of curiosity, we checked the MCQ answers provided.

Out of 30 answers, 4 were wrong. OE answers also carried a few inaccuracies. So parents n pupils, pls don't rely fully on furnished answers.

I wonder who gives the answers in the answer keys. I think some are taken straight from the schools. Others may possibly have been done by students/tutors?

Could you pls do us (readers) a favour by highlighting the 4 wrong answers for Science MCQ? My younger sister (P5) will be taking PSLE exam 2011 and I believe most of us would like to find out the 4 correct answers (NYPS).

From what I know, the answers are typed out based on what the student who provided the paper wrote. Sometimes there are typing errors and sometimes, no corrections done (esp for MCQ) and they simply type the wrong answer.


It has been like that all these years since they started selling these papers. Don’t trust the answers 100%.

i noticed some of the answers given in the RGPS chinese and english papers are incorrect too. oh dear, i tend to rely on the answer sheets to mark ds’s work. where got time to go thru each question? esp maths and science…


would appreciate it if those who know the nanyang science errors in the answer sheet can share with us …in fact, ds will be doing the nanyang science papers tomorrow morning !

But i thought that Jeremy’s RGPS answer sheets are photocopies of genuine answer sheets from the school…?

Qn 15: Answer should be (2). \"Flower is beautiful\" is not a Science concept. \"Anther is shorter than stigma\" is to prevent self pollination

Qn 17: Answer should be (2). Longer rubber band will make it travel shorter distance. Bigger plastic roller has bigger circumference so it can travel further.

Qn 18: Answer should be (2)

Qn 21: Answer should be (2). If S1 and S2 are closed, short circuit will occur.
