If it's a gateway, maybe don't shut it down. My first priority would be to find out what's on the other side. Was it Stephen Hawking who \"proved\" it to be time going backwards? Reminds me all that book that was made into a movie recently, except it was a single person.

Again, I’m startled by how much of the universe can be proven via math. Like E =MC squared. Yet this turned out to be true.
