Schweppes, my kids are 5 and 6 years old. Must ask for your hotel recommendation.
Ok, my kids were about 8 and 10yo when we went 3 years ago.

We stayed at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

For your kids age, I think they will probably enjoy Disneyland (Pooh Bear Hunny) and Disney Sea (esp Ariel's playground). Check out their website. I got my kids to \"do research\" before we went.

Also, if your kids are up to it, stay back in the evening for the fireworks show.

      Enjoy yourselves.

          Holiday makes everyone so happy.

What is the best time to visit disneyland, in june or dec?
Nowaday can only travel during june or dec holiday.

If we go during June holiday, i think it will be very hot right. I can't stand the heat. Considering dec winter time, at least is co šŸ˜„

June actually not so hot. The heat comes in late July -September. I went to Tokyo in early June and I just wore whatever I normally wear here, only carried along a denim jacket for chilly days. My DD1 had a denim jacket too, or was it a windbreaker? Hmm... anyway, it was not lined and it can be worn here too.

Just remember to bring umbrellas as June is the rainy season.

In Dec, you get to see Disneyland decorated for Christmas. We went again in early Dec. I just wore an unlined coat/denim jacket and my DD1 wore a windbreaker. But since it's close to Christmas, there will be crowds and the sun sets much earlier, like 4-5pm.

I remember it rained very often in June when I visited Japan last year. So it's kind of inconvenience particularly if we bring kids along.

Year end is very cold. My kids didn't enjoy that much compared to June. Best time is still March/April, during cherry blossom. But I don't get to do during this period as my girls are in primary school.

If you go in late Nov, it is not very cold, still autumn weather, and you get to see Christmas theme but will be more crowded. September is another alternative and less cold, plus the Halloween theme. Including weekends you will have 9 days during the one week school holiday. June is rainy, but the rain is usually not heavy like here. One thing good is by the night time, most people will go back early and you get no queue at Disney.

The budget shown earlier is for 6 days (5 nights?), which I think could be too short. You need at least 2 days in Disney (3 days better). If you plan to go to Sanrio Puroland, another day gone. Maybe 7-8 nights will be better if possible.

Try to book Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for that few days you plan to go Disney. IIRC, the room has 2 double beds and 1 pull out bed. It is convenient to bring kids back to rest in the afternoon. You can get good price 16k-17k yen during low season.
