was super mad with my ex-supervisor when he rate me as poor performer. his reason was he dun know what i have done for the past yr since i dun work directly under him. he did not have the initiative to check with my US counterpart at all. and i did cc him every week on my project status. complaint to my HOD during 1-1 session, which i feel i must be fair to myself. all team members under him suffers that year. luckily my HOD checks directly with my US counterpart and gives me a fair rating later. so glad he's no longer my supervisor.

Yes, at times I really ask myself why subject myself to such \"torture\". But I love $$ and thus have to \"ren\".
Well, we count ourselves lucky that we still have a job to hold onto.
