As long as the kid is active and eating well, i think should be fine. I will sponge my kids and give paracetamol when they have fever.
Yes.. paracetamol and sponging is the key.. the water pillow i have also work wonders for me in the night so tat i do not have to keep sponging her.. -

previously when i was maidless for 5mths.. my aunt ask her son's cc's cooking aunty to recommend n i got a PRC one.. but well.. she was :frustrated: able to do a bit only n leave on dot.. n can't extend timing, etc.. so i gave up.. n bak to having maids again.. -
