      trick: let’s say u are giving 6oz now & 3 scoops of gain milk powder…


      change to 4 scoops of gain & 2 scoops of friso…

      then 3 scoops of gain & 3 scoops of friso

      then 2:4

      then 1:5

      ultimately, 6 scoops of friso milk powder…

                  Thought this is the way to transition milk when they are 5 months to 6 months? so forth when their milk shifts to another grade up?

                    I am back…

                    My transition is different from poppy15…

                    Mine is replaced one of the milk intake to the new one… for 3 consecutive days … then follow by 2 milk intake… for 3 consecutive days… then 3… and so on and so froth till totally change over…

                      It looks that there are different manners in transitioning milk,

                      mine was taught by PD so naturally as newbie parent , just follow :lol:
