I am. I think it depends on the developer. Some gives better quality fittings. Some do not.

no no.. not shifting soon.. we can only sell our current hse in nov.. but we not getting EC.. as price too high for us.. after re-calculating our finances.. best to downgrade n not upgrade.. But still within my current area for DS..

Downgrade will need to pay a penalty or levy right? Unless you buy resale? Actually before we bought our current place, we thought of getting a jumbo flat to accomodate my growing family...But at that time, the COV they asked were so high. After calculating our finances, we end up buying the current one as we do not need to pay so much cash upfront.

We went to view some 5 rooms flat at Tiong Bahru aread as well (hoping to stay near my dad), but the COV was around 80k! :yikes:

I thought the COV for now is not as high as last year's. And also govt is launching so many BTO projects now...By 2013 or 2014, there may be plenty of supply out in the market. But who knows...maybe govt allows more foreigners and hence demand may be there too.
