Singaporeans will be 4months..

yup PR is 2 mths. but if child is sporea, it's the same.
i think it depends on company. for mine, my company give the same 2months( 8 weeks)+ 40 working days (maybe only my company's HR (policy) for all spore/PR/foreigners(as my company 50% is ang mo)..

my fren who is also PR, her child is not sporean, she got 2 mths nia in another company.
