WCW, i tot for NCPS phase 2B all got in, ttβs whyt phase C they have to ballot ? but if u read NCPS thread, the parent said "Phase 2B 1-2km, only 1 vacancy left and 13 or 14 children ballot for it"β¦ i confuse nowβ¦

i used this receipe.. but i reduced half the icing sugar and replaced half of the shortening with butter.. (for 24 cupcakes, i made just half of the volume). Yes, i used red coloring, drop in using toothpick drop by drop until the desired color..

Buttercream Frosting\t
Prep Time: 30 Minutes\tReady In: 30 Minutes
\"Ideal buttercream for frosting and borders.\"
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups shortening (Substitute half with butter instead)
8 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt\t2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
1.\tIn a mixing bowl, cream shortening until fluffy. Add sugar, and continue creaming until well blended.
2.\tAdd salt, vanilla, and 6 ounces whipping cream. Blend on low speed until moistened. Add additional 2 ounces whipping cream if necessary. Beat at high speed until frosting is fluffy.
