Now panic…forgot it’s teacher’s day tmr…and I din prepare any gifts for the cc teachers…maybe just order some food for them…last min…no other choice I guess. -

My DS’s cc no off tml… only on friday… n DD1’s pcf is on half day… -
icic… tot is all off… cos my col said primay school is 2nd sept… she said how come this year different as every year is 1st sept… and children’s day this year is 7th Oct not 1st oct… i also dunno…

Yes… there is a change of date for Teacher’s Day and Children Day this year…
I forgot the reason… but is not 1st Sep and 1st Oct…
Next year… not too sure… but I was told with effect… Teacher’s Day will be 1st Fri of Sep le…no longer a fix date… -
yes castle house… DD childcare will be close tmw for teacher’s day… then friday for teacher training or something…

but my DS & DD's CC also no off day tmr... instead on fri due to staff retreat or something...

Yupz… my DS’s cc principal said tat effective tis yr… all Teacher’s Day and Children’s Day will be on 1st friday of the mth… n not on the actual day… This was announced by MOE…
Tatz y DS’s cc principal said… in order for parents not to take 2 days off… they also choose to follow the MOE regulations…
