i hate having a meeting while lunching. if the meeting presides immediately after lunch ( but all are allowed to have their 1 hr lunch), then its fine.

but ‘eat’ & ‘meet’ at the same time, live on sandwiches bah.
(donch know if gt time to bite even 1 mouth)

Then I must be lucky. I am at home now, own time own target. Sometimes I packed lunch to work. Simple ones like fried rice or sandwich

I am just back from lunch. Went to childcare to bring my DS1 and DD2 out for lunch and then come back to work. I try to do this once a week to have some bonding time with them. Luckily my office and their cc is nearby.

wow so lucky.... but is it far from the house?

Near to home too (used to be even nearer till I shifted last year). That is why I am still in the same co. all these years. Near to home, the kids cc etc.

                  Hi tigger88,
:yikes: It is a blessing to be able to work near home and kids' cc :hi5:

As a working mum, I wish and hope that I have more time with my 3 kids and at times wish that I am working near home (Jurong West) or work part-time then I can have more time spent with them either for leisure purpose or academic purpose 😉 ....

It's a blessing for you; 加油! :hugs: :hugs:

Ya, it's really a blessing. Sometimes when there are emergencies at home, I can rush home from work within a short time. Or when kids are not feeling well, I can just bring them back from cc to home etc.

                        Hi poppy15,
加油! :hugs: ...It's not easy for full-time working parent especially we have to travel to and fro via the public transport! :gloomy: 🤷

I am staying in the west and work in the central part of SG - to and fro via the EW line takes me 1 hour 5 mins from stepping out of house till step into the office. So, can be quite tiring at the end of the day :stompfeet:
