I hate it when I have early teleconference (as early as 6am) or late ones (at 11pm). Will feel very tired and sleepy. Especially for 6am meetings, I will feel very stressed out the whole night as I am worried that I cannot wake up on time!

So glad those days are over for me. Used to have weekly concalls at 11pm that can stretch all the way to 1-2am. And the idiotic thing is 98% of the stuff discussed does not concern me or my region but I have to hang on and listen to issues happening in US, Europe, Japan, A.Pac before it rolls down to mini ole me. After 1 or 2 such calls, what I did was log in, put the phone on mute and went about doing my laundry, etc, etc, then periodically listened in to see if anything interesting happening. I even had time to bring my dog for a toilet run and came back and they were still drolling on about the same thing.

yup. MNC. Guess no choice for late night concalls as it involves Europe and US regions. So this timing will work for all.

what if a question is directed to you and you're not there? I put on mute too if I am not the presenter but have to listen carefully to what was discussed, in case my bosses ask me questions during the call. 😓

I am ok with night calls if it gets rotated. My previous MNC did that so it was a fair deal , at least i dont get to lose my nights all the time.

This place of mine is forever night meetings. if they ever have a meeting during our time , example : 8am, they will sigh and sigh in the call :slapshead:
