      Hi Mummyof3angels,
Could you kindly share with me about Sowing seedz? Thanks
      Hi Hi!

My relative recommended Sowing Seedz at Sengkang when I was on the lookout for a science tutor.

I did contact them and found Tutor Shirleen to be professional and knowledgeable. But due to the distance factor, I decided ultimately on the science tuition at Pique lab instead.

Here is the link to the Sowing Seedz website : https://sowingseedz.com/

      Hope my feedback helps!

I think TLL Science enrichment is good if your kid has a strong foundation in the subject, and is looking to explore things outside of syllabus that will be tested. However, if your kid is looking at building foundation or weak in the subject, it may not be the best use of money (it is quite expensive at least for my budget). Thus, I chose to go with a 1-1 tutor that can help my kid in the subject, and focus on the important things (build foundation+ interest, and to score in the subject).

Quite glad that taking the path of 1-1 science tutor worked out for me quite well and really happy with my science tutor, so @ping29 you will need to consider what is the best for your kid!

p/s: @6amson and anyone out there interested in my kid's current science tutor can DM me.

Science studio focuses on conducting science classes for GEP and high ability students. They also explore science concepts through hands on science experiments like those in the GEP and E2K school science lessons.

For bluetree education science, they focus on mainstream science tuition. You must try and enroll in the founder's (teacher jolene) science class held at singapore shopping centre.

Aiyo orchard parking is very expensive!!

The concern with science studios eastgate is that it is a new branch with new batch of tutors. https://www.sciencestudios.com.sg/science-studios-tutors

Do you have any other recommendations that focuses on similar high ability students for science with hands on experiments?

                  Hi,

Appreciate if anyone can share your review with me for the following. Not sure which enrichment centre is good for my child who is in P6 next year…
                  a) Germinate
                  b) Sowing seedz
                  c) The Pique Lab

He is currently with Mindstretcher but i am considering switching for him because I find its not effective for him…
                  Thanks.

                    (a) Isn't Germinate an Online Science tuition provider? I think they mostly do paid online science tuition and courses.

                    (b) My relative recommended Sowing Seedz at Sengkang when I was on the lookout for a science tutor. (c) My daughter absolutely enjoys going to her science classes at Pique Lab as she likes her teacher there. Class size at 12 to 14 students is a bit larger than what I would prefer though. Her class is well behaved but if your child is in a rowdy class, that might be an issue. Materials and notes are excellent and well written. She has been doing well for her science exams and weighted assessments since joining pique lab, so I would say it is worth the premium in fees.

Thanks for sharing! I'm actually considering online classes instead, since most classes will still be held online for term 1 anyway due to the current situation. Was thinking doing online classes can also save travelling time since they will get very busy in P6...

                        a) Germinate also has onsite classes in their centre in Hougang. Just hoping to get reviews on how lessons are conducted online as the teacher needs to be really engaging to hold the student's attention..

                        b) Sowing Seedz seems to be highly recommended by quite a number of people!

                        c) Is your child in their weekly grade accelerator programme? From the Pique Lab's website, it seems the child will have to undergo a trial class first before the centre decides if he/she should be registered for that class.. are there any teachers in particular that are popular and highly recommended?
