secondary school text book difference?

I think for most subjects, there are several approved textbooks available and the school will choose from among them. MT has only 1 set though. Some schools hardly make use of textbooks for some subjects and rely on notes and handouts. You will have to wait for the booklist from the school before buying books.

Not sure about math but history and geography just changed this year so unlikely there's a change again.

For math alone, I know at least 4 different publishers.
