Is your 5 years old kid still with Shichida, how long have you join the programme, do you think there is any improvement?

my DD is 4 only. with SM since 18 m-old. yes, her memory is very good, pick up new things very fast. Things like poems recital, we read few times, she can memorise already, so this is good in things like spelling, as she remembers fast. she learn writing by what she sees, i did not teach her i only correct her stroke.. she picks up rythm very fast too, songs, tunes.. so, i feel SM helps

Is good to hear that, have you actually see older kids around in the school. Because the school told me that they actually have class even up to primary level. i was wondering they are trying to impress me.

            Hi good morning,

One of my friends is interested to let her 4 years old boy join the school next year but hear the school employs many philipinos who doesnt speak proper english to conduct the lesson. Is it true? And now she is thinking of Little Neuro Tree. What do you think? Is yr DD’s teacher a local?

                  0-3 years old: input phases
3-6 years old: input plus some output phase
From 6-7 years old: output phase, child can practise his skills independently

It's still possible to start right brain training at 7 years old or beyond, just that it'd take much longer to see the effect. Persistence, love and belief in your child's ability are the keys.

Shichida sells flashcards (many are more suitable for young children), linking memory cards (any age can use it) and memory games. To teach the child areas such as imaging, eye training, photographic memory, speed reading, etc, you'd need to understand the Shichida Method well enough. Having materials is insufficient. Also, some of the home practice may not need materials. If you can read Chinese, do get the book 七田真0-6岁育儿法.

There is high staff turn over rate. My DS has been with them since 1year old. But recently we are forced to stop due to no trainer for his class of 5 years old. My DS has been through two phases of class change since the beginning of this year. The reason being trainers resigned. The school did not even make an effort to retain us even though we have been with the school for quite a while. I guess the business strategy of the school is to expand the toddler class. The trainers may not have great English speaking skills. But it is still bearable. You have to constantly remind them not to use Singlish.

                      Hi Zoolet,

My friend’s kid is thinking of joining them next year, and her kid turn 5 next year. Do you want to form a group and ask the school to open a class for the 5 year old kids? They need a mininum of 4 students though.

Have anyone hear of private tutor for right brain training, for all levels and even P3 students?
