the first test which is the screening test and is opened for all p3 students. The tests include English and Maths paper. The second test is the selection test..only selected students (best 10% i supposed of the first test)..are qualified to go for this selection tests which include English, Mathematics and General Ability papers.(oh ya torquise has done the explanation) Thereafter the best 1%-2% about 500 students will be selected to enrol into gep.Hi vlim,

frankly speaking, no special preparation... as it is somewhere near ca2...so preparation fo ca2 shall give the kids some brain warming up but I don't know whether does it help as after all the test is to test the kids giftedness... MOE also says the same thing..no preparation is needed..Hi vlim,

Tks vlim. I vaguely know there is a pre-selection test but didn't know that math and English is done twice. The last two days must be very tiring for the kids.
