did u see nugget son's psy questions, is he able to answer this? nugget 3yo child is able to answer all questions..

i trying to see which areas ...for me my son main issue now is communication. he does not hav social issue, he play with his peers and try to make conversation...

his has good eye contacts...when he ask or answer question he will look at the person... he pay attention to teacher during circle times.. he can queue up during toilet breaks or handing up worksheets..

my son too can speak in sentences but only during requesting. but when come to answer questions he is trying to reply in sentences now.. and always answer correctly...

maybe if you son jus has social issue and eye contact, u try working with him at home for these... ask him to maintain eye contacts , teach him how to be social..

My son pte speech therapy sessions are ending. I am wondering if I should continue with it or should I sign him up for social classes instead.

Doc said my child don't need speech therapy.

You are expecting too much from a young child. The question \"what is a dog?\" requires very abstract thinking. I expect you didn't ask that. If you asked \"what is that?\" pointing to a dog, it still requires abstract thinking to realise that it is a member of the class 'dog'. Your 2nd example shows that your child is thinking, so even if he didn't give you the answer you expected, you should give him credit for it. And there seems to be no problem with his speech.

Based on your description of your child, I think the GP's suggestion of ASD is probably wrong. If you are concerned, you might want a 2nd opinion, but yor child sounds perfectly normal to me.

But doc just said mild autism based on lack of eye contact, following sequence too closely, which we don't think so, if not stated on time table. Not into role playing with dolls in psychology test. Why would my child want to play with dolls?

Currently child can play anything on kitchen table and use the plate mat as driving wheel.

That's why I am taking the doc's advise lightly. From feet are flat (we ignore the sole making few years back) till now mild autism. Flat feet no longer flat now.

What's next diagnose for the next appointment? Well, I am thinking of a second opinion, but hub said no time for that, takes so long again to do all the tests. I think I just go the EPIC test a few months see what can be help. Nothing then stop going.

I have seen some worst cases in child dev in the hospital. Really screaming, tantrum throw toys all over.
