About 2 brothers' rivalry over career & girl (elder brother was the bad guy, he was the younger brother, both were doctors).. Quite a sad show but very nice.. And the song was sooo beautiful.. :love:

Ya..don't like that big nose actor Shin Hyun Jun aka Prince of Arab. He is also in Gaksital as Kangto big bro too.
