Anyone interested to join Foundation Class on a weekday at LCentral Tiong Bahru? Timing would be at around 7.30pm to 9pm. Estimate 3 they would start the class. I'm looking for anyone whom may keen to join the class.

LCentral has a Introduce-A-Friend scheme whereby if a friend signs up for any English programme, both the friend and the referrer will get a $30 voucher which can be used to offset the child's programme fees. Just need to mention name and centre of referrer.


My ds is currently at Bukit Timah branch. Anyone who likes to receive $30 voucher can email me ([email protected]) for my info.

Anyone has any experience with LC English tutors at Jurong East branch? I got a \"not so good\" new teacher who was caught for not completing the workbook in class despite having only 4 children. Wondering if I should continue with the term... appreciate your feedback, thanks

Have u applied? If so, just make sure you don't get a new teacher whom is very \"green\". If you get a \"seasoned\" teacher, shouldn't be a problem anywhere. The manager assured me the new teacher is good but it turn out NOT! before I signed up, they even told me they will change if the teacher is no good but it was just pure sales talk which never realised. One of my friend's child in another branch had the same experience!

I suppose ur child is going for the Lift Off program. It's good to start this program at the beginning of the year and NOT in the 3rd/4th quarter of the year. My experience was the teaching materials were too easy for my child and you'll feel like going one step back and the $$$ paid is not worth at all.

I'm still looking for alternative. Anyone out there has any good experience in any centres?

May I know from parents whom have kids with LCentral at Kovan, if they are good? My child (P1) has been with with British Council for two years, and not showing much improvement, so decided to switch him to other alternatives. Apparently, he is very weak in compo writing.

May I also know about the Tony Buzan at Kovan too?
