Manuka Honey
-
Hi BlurBee,
You give them in the night, so it is probably before their night milk time...
Children usually like sweet stuff...
That's why I dilute it with water starting from the beginning, scare that she will get too use to the sweetness... But I am wondering whether will diluting it with water lessen it's effect.... :? -
Hi LKVM,
Thanks for the advise... I had tried to give my gal the honey without diluting it. just now. But after taking it, she said she preferred the honey water instead of just honey.... Don't understand why...maybe she find it too sweet for her liking... -

Just in time, DS1 complained of sore thorat during this exam fever period.

I feed my DD 1/2 tsp UMF10 twice weekly. I think UMF15 is a bit strong for kid. You can check with Hock Hua.
