Yup frens recommend gingko biloba. But that will help only if I remember to take it regularly.

We never lose memory. Itโ€™s there in our brain. Just that we lost the way to those memories by not keeping it organized. Itโ€™s the equivalent of forgetting where you stored your hidden treasure because you had too many hidden treasures and no proper way of tracking where they are.

So in my humble opinion, people who are forgetful are people who have not mastered the art of organizing their thoughts in their minds. And it becomes worse if too many orthogonal things happen simultaneously. If you are able to serialize your thoughts and process each thread with a standard way of archiving the information in your brain, you should be fine.

I observed that my memory is getting really bad. Yesterday, hubby passed the school bus payment card. I think I left it on the table...... but now I can't find it. I just cannot remember where I left it :?

I observed that it's getting bad in recent months. Is this a sign of ageing?
                  dont worry, MMM.

It is a sign that you are only human ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ˜„
