Actually, this probably shows a sign of KSP addiction. After reading your exchange with Tankee about Nandos earlier this year, my family and I happened to chance upon the Nandos outlet at Gurney. I told them that we had to eat there for dinner as KSP parents-approved!!

I thought Nando’s was, gasp, so so.
It’s fairly good, but I don’t understand the queues. S’alright to me. Not a top three choice for a meal, but maybe a 5th or a 6th. Pricing is definitely beyond fast food at about $15 (ish) for a set meal.
Maybe it’s like expensive chicken rice without the fatty rice (slurp). -
Maybe because ate it in Msia and the prices there reasonable - especially after conversion - so it was affordable and good.
Have not tried the Spore outlets yet. But you are right, Blobbi, for the prices we pay here and for that type of fare, it’s unlikely that we will eat there often. -

But my hubby likes it because of the chilli sauce.
So i just but the chilli sauce for him la...
But somehow I felt they taste better in Melbourne
and the ones in JB the chicken gets kindda too dry for me.
Have yet to try the ones in Spore....except for the ex-branch in marina Square. -

According to Sunday Times, there are now 3 outlets; bugis junction, tanglin mall and plaza singapura. It is reported that there is plans for another 10 branches in the next 4 years with 2 in 2011.
I hope that include 1 near my home or office -

I tried Nandos only once and that was in Perth. It was a treat from my parents' friend, so didn't know how much it cost. Taste wise, not as fantastic as what everybody is raving about.
