bb_ mom:
Since you submitted the forms in July and yet nothing's been done, perhaps you could drop a note to the principal? There's also someone at the general office who handles such applications. That was the case for my kid's school. So I checked with her instead. She arranged everything else with the teachers.
Hi bb_mom,janet88:
I've filled up the form & submitted the necessary documents to the school in July 2015 but they have not submitted to Moe till now.
Email the form teacher to gently remind her to submit as it is urgent.
I just called the general office & speak to the ic.She told me she is still waiting for the teacher to pass her the documents that she needs to fill up. -
