My friend has bought a private condo (completed property) near a primary school (within 1km). He has gone through the first appointment and paid stamp duty. But his final appointment and property handover is one month after phase 2C registration. What are the additional documents that he should prepare for phase 2C primary one registration. Address in IC is not changed yet. Please help to advise.
