How can we help increase child's marks up by 5 to 7 points for maths, science and english? (Mostly at least 5 to 10 points lost due to carelessness) Practice top school papers or PSLE past year papers will be best? Anyway can share how they help a careless child.
Well for me since I'm a student, I would usually re-attempt the wrong questions and then check the answers. You can also try to find some methods to help your child remember certain points like in Science, where there is methods like PHC (Process, Heat gain/lost, Change) COIN (Cobalt, Iron, Nickel, etc.), and TRACCER that can help gain points in Booklet B and recall concepts. For English, I've seen that most answers except your own opinion questions tend to be shorter than expected, and the question always give the direction to the answer. šŸ™‚
