I have bought a yet to complete property which is within 1 km from the school I intend to register my gal. I have checked the MOE website which call for \"certified true copy\" of S&P agreement during registration. Anyone know the S&P has to be certified by which party? Lawyer? Developer? Thanks

For mine it was endorsed by the lawyer. However the school i applied for only photocopied it and did not take the original copy

Hi I will be using my upcoming BTO address to register for P1. The only copy of Agreement for Lease i have is a'Customer copy' and not certified true copy. Anyone know is this acceptable by the school?

I have called up the sch to ask previously and they only accept the certified true copy. You will need to get it from your lawyer.
