Thank you all for the updates. NYPS is within 1km for us. RGPS will be within 2km. RGPS history for balloting for 2C has always been for those within 1km, the rest not eligible. But this year the vacancy is higher with 58 slots. Hence rather than balloting for NYPS within 1km maybe we have a chance without balloting at RGPS. Still deciding......

NYPS has 17 registered at 9 plus out of 25 vacancy. Looks like we have to activate plan B. Anyone has information on RGPS? Thanks.
