Am new here and trying to learn and understand more about p1 registration. Have a 2009 born DD and have kinda listed out a few schools of preference. Can i ask if we were to PV for a sch, but stay outside of 2KM from sch, would we be 'viewed' in the same manner as PV for parents who stay within 1 KM, or 1-2KM?

could u elaborate more on \"viewed\" .. i think the school will treat the pv the same except then come july during p1 reg, if it goes into balloting then distance will play an important role. Btw, with a 2009 kid Pv application has closed last year.

My hubby is doing PV for CHIJ OLN but we stay outside the 2KM mark.
In the event that there are limited seats and over subscription in that phrase, would a parent who does PV but stay within the 1KM mark have a higher chance of entering the sch?

Your situation about the same as mine adelynn.
My new place falls under 1-2Km of Nan Chiau too and the place I am staying in now falls within 1-2Km for Holy Innocents and Maris Stella which I am interested to enroll my son in.
But I think for Nan Chiau, they won't accept PV which are out of 1Km.
