However, we have removed the contents of your post, not because we do not believe you, but because KiasuParents.com has a policy of not allowing members of a post count of less than 20 posts in our Forums to post negative views on product/service providers. This is to promote responsible reviews and avoid the situation where customers or business rivals sign up accounts on several forums just to bad mouth their competitors on the Internet.

We believe that reviews, good or bad, must come from people we are somewhat familiar with before they can be accepted. This is why we hope members will tell us more about themselves through their Forum posts so that we know they are real people.

However, we will not stop you from sharing your experiences privately via PM with other members even if your current post count is less than the required number.

In the same vein, we come down hard on product/service providers that sign up accounts to masquerade as customers to promote their own services. Such service providers will have all their accounts terminated and their services black listed on KiasuParents.com.

We take on these measures to maintain the integrity of reviews on KiasuParents.com so they are actually useful to people relying on them to make their purchase decisions.
