Thank everyone for the advise, my Son finally choose Edgefield Secondary Normal steam, with SBB, PFP and also got chance to promote to express in Sec 2, I will let him to study in the school he like, hopefully he can promote to express to Sec 2 or PFP in Polytechic.

And is walking distance from our house

My Son got 197 in PSLE with Math A , English B , Science B and Chinese fundamental 2. But Edgefield Secondary COP for Express is 226,

I hope he will choose Express that will shorten 1 year! My Son insists to go Normal at Edgefield

Yes, I went to the school twice this year, open house and my son kindergarden visit. I and my son also like the school from what we observe and the program prepare by the school. The reponse really a bit of surprise, but if more then one or two, hopefully no need balloting, just add one or two seat will do.

I called up the school to ask. And they also confirmed only 300 vacacies.

So if we presume all 38 today are all within 1km,then only left 19 more to require balloting wuthin 1km. And unless all are SC else I would think SC within 1km is still safe.

If I am not mistaken, I heard the Principle said during the open house day,if over excess, they might consider increase another class for primary 1 2012.
