Hi, looking for a good math tuition teacher for primary two who teaches one to one. Any suggestions? My DD2 just finished Primary one, and will be in P2 next year. Her math is actually quite bad, so I’m gonna put her in one to one private tuition next year. She did very badly for her assessments at the start of P1, failing nearly all of them, so I sent her for group tuition from term 2 onwards. In term two she still failed quite a lot of them and only barely passed some of them (like 50 something% only). She improved a bit but not really much in term 3 to 4 and passed like maybe half in term 3 and around 55% of tests etc in term 4. Thankfully she passed the final test (the most important one) and got 54 marks for that, so the mark shown in her report book was like 50.5. I was so relieved coz I thot that she would probably fail her math. But still i was disappointed with her math marks (my DD1 could score 90+ for P1 math). I spoke to her math teacher (also her form tr) too and she said that she was probably starting a remedial class for maths next year for maybe 2-6 students and she said based on my DD2’s math performance this year, she would most likely ask DD2 to join. She also suggested one to one tuition since my DD2 doesn’t really focus that well in her group tuition. Anyone can give advice? Greatly appreciate it!

RE: All About Puberty
Hi, I have two daughters. DD1 has just finished Secondary 3 this year and is going to sec 4 next year. However, she is still completely flat chested and hasn’t started her periods yet despite being already 15 (going to turn 16 early feb). All her other friends already got their periods and most already wear bra while she hasn’t even started wearing training bra leh! Then my DD2 is only Pri one this year (next year P2) but she is very very developed physically (much more than her older sister!!!). She started developing her breasts when she only JUST started Kindergarten 1 and started wearing training bra also around then! Around August when she just turned 5 and was in K1 she already told me she started to grow pubic hair liao!!! By March in K2 she started wearing bra already and got her first period at the start of May!!! No one else in her P1 class even started to develop breasts yet she already wear bra and got periods! Need advice please! Don’t understand why my DD1 such a super late developer while DD2 such a super early developer… Very awkward for both my DDs… Thanks!
