Hey everyone well I have been recently bitting a pen in school for about a month or so and It started to get a little addicting.. Well from what I know there are some consequences from pen chewing.. 1. You can loose your teeth. 2. Damage them. 3.or even worse .


I was biting my pen then a month later I notice my two front teeth were loose .. I was scared and still is .. So if anyone has further information please help me I'm only 14 and is scared because I'm embarrassed they might comeout and graduation is right around the corner
