Not sure if your have heard of joywaltzacademy...they have 2 branches at hougang and yishun!
They focus on really young kids age 3 onwards, its a very small group class, and the foundation taught was really good for piano playing! my daughter has been there for awhile and she enjoys the lessons very much, and i saw the progress she made since she first started. you can give it a try! They provide free trial lesson, so no harm to check it out before you decide
