Not so. If your ds is taking an Indian language on Saturdays, and gets into GEP, he will continue going to Saturday school.
If he is currently taking an Indian language Mon-Fri in his own school, then then you could either select a school which has that language (parallel programme) or start going to Saturday school.
my DS is currently taking an indian language in his own school. Does any body know which GEP school offers Hindi as a language in the school itself ?

RE: GEP 2012 - Screening & Selection
Hi all,
this is my first post. Similar to many others my DS also appeared for GEP 2nd round test and is now eagerly waiting for the results. I know some of GEP schools are preferred more than others. My questions is for Indian PR ( whose native language is neither Chinese/Malay or Tamil) are there any other specific consideration in selecting the GEP school. I think SAP school only offer Chinese as mother Tongue. So are SAP GEP school out of bound whose mother tongue is not Chinese.
Just want to be prepared in case DS does get selected?
