probably can but i would suggest Nan Hua as your second choice. your marks is just one mark above the COP for RV

If I'm not mistaken, you should submit your appeal form to the school at which you are appealing at. So you should submit your appeal form to Nan Hua. Wait for Nan Hua to get back to you regarding your status. If successful, you go to Fu Hua to withdraw and register at Nan Hua. I have an aggregate score of 262, can someone please advise me on which school to choose. Raffles Institution or ACSI. I have been accepted for DSA into ACSI, but I am wondering if I should cancel it and go into RI. Help me to compare these two schools and tell me the pros and cons. I dont really recommend R.I. I would recommend you National Junior College instead. My senior is in that school and she told me it was a fabulous school and it has IP programme too
